Had my account paused for some time during the pandemic. During the pause decided to close my account for sometime because it is annoying to check it every month and keep requesting to pause until the time when you forget and get charged. After contacting the support they told me there is no option to close the account during the pause. They asked me to unpause, pay for one month and cancel. Even I'm not going to use the app because it doesn't offer much. I don't think this should be acceptable

It doesn't work since the update. I tried to install it again but now nothing happens when I click on the sign in button. It wouy also be really nice to see all available online classes, not only from my city.

Trotz Lockdowns muss ich weiter horrende Gebühren bezahlen, obwohl sämtliche Verbraucherverbände und Jurablogger das anders sehen. Bloß nie wieder. For all English users: very confusing cancellation policies, and they keep charging during the pandemic "because they offer online classes". I contacted the support team about this and wasn't helped. I'm more than disappointed and won't be using the service again.

I would pay for live classes if they weren't the same cost as the in person classes. I'm probably not the only one. I'm going to continue to pause my membership while you're asking €60-100 for online content. I'm probably not the only one (you have the opportunity to offer an online only membership and actually have more people support)

Was good service, bad app. Now they have overly high fees if you can't make it to a class. They made a beta app for a year or more now that hides the bad ratings for the bad app but isn't any better, mabye even worse . It's so hard to filter and search for classes nearby. I had enjoyed them but it is getting less and less. I also have given feedback and asked them to respond to to things and they don't. They only respond to ratings in the app store but not actual private messages.

Check-in often takes a while. No way to show activities filtered by date on the map, meaning you have to look through each venue and check if they've got something at the time you want. [updated] search feature still very poor - there are dozens of "pump and shape" classes is my city, but the search returns 0 results. To check what a place offers over the next week, you have to change the date manually 7 times... Like an app from 2000.
