The application works well. Excellent contractors for both housecleaning service and massage. 4 stars for the app, 5 stars for the contractors. HOWEVER, I WILL NO LONGER LEAVE A TIP VIA THE APPLICATION. GIVE IT TO THE SERVICE PERSON IN CASH. I was told that the company had not paid tip money collected for a year for one of the people I used. I don't know if it's true or not, but it seems best to know that the person is actually getting the money. That's the reason for my 3 star rating.

This app is terrible. It is not possible to add "chores" services to repeat bookings. It is not possible to change address of repeat bookings. It is not possible to create a new issue to chat with customer service if the issue is not a complaint about the professional. We have complained about the poor user experience of the app several times but the app never gets updated.

This has been my worst experience with urban clap company. I have been making monthly subscriptions for cleaning facilities and they automatically cancel my plans which caused me great inconvenience. We pay for the service to get the service but instead I will have to keep running behind them for refunds or reschedule. This is NOT THE WAY !!!!!!!!!!

The most disgusting thing about this app is that they won't allow you to choose the right reason , actually, there isn't any. They will force you to compromise your choices. My beautician is canceling & rescheduling her service, and i can not do anything about it. She must be busy giving service to her personal client. I am also going to call somebody from UC Only but not through the app for sure. UC doesn't value loyal customers. And on top of everything, you can't even reach out to them.

This minimum check out thing is a problem in what was a really good app for almost all the things. Now that if someone wants only one of the things, they have to forcibly opt for another thing just to fullfill the minimum checkout amount. What is it Zomato or Swiggy, where you are just ordering extra so that you save on delivery costs? Really a bad move. It was my go-to for multiple services. Now i would rather use the traditional methods. Also, its not like you are tipping your people even, so?

We booked bathroom cleaning services and the professional didn't turn up. He didn't receive any phone calls. Upon contacting the customer care, they tell that they can arrange only at the next available slot which was quite a few hours later. They should have a back up plan in place when something like this happens. This was our first experience and probably the last. Unfortunately, I have paid up for membership too which I definitely would not endorse since they are just not professional.
