Overall, nice app. Had it for several months. Free & relatively easy to use. However, don't believe the ads. Not that easy. Incentives vary greatly from station to station. Wish I could use it to choose any station & stations closest to me. Biggest downside is having to travel to a station I'm not familiar with or is out of the way. Additionally, have had a few issues getting total amount initially promised or with verification of the location. That has been frustrating. Still using it though.

Very glitchy lately; very slow to load. Unable to set a map preference to automatically show a particular savings (gas only instead of food, etc.) on the initial load. App also does not keep a "primary" card and you will miss savings if you forget to select the card you're using each time. I use the same card, but the app will resort to other saved cards for every purchase instead of keeping the same one. I've missed out on quite a bit of money because of this. Should be a simple fix!

Works great, most of the time! I understand many gas stations don't want to participate, but there're so many that do, so plenty of choices. HOWEVER, I'm continually frustrated by not knowing when I'll need to take a photo of a receipt. Upside usually surprises me with that request, and too late--I've already completed the purchase without printing a receipt! I wish that was made clearer at point of sale.

After several years of easy use. Now every single claim expires. I am forced to submit a claim on the website after each fill up. I have been back and forth with customer service and no matter what my email says, I get the same automated responses. I sense this company is run by AI. I hate this app with a passion. I used to be able to upload a receipt at the pump. They don't do that anymore, now they interface with the records at the station. All of a sudden, EVERY claim expires! Arg!

Ease of use can be used in a lot of places and a good way to save some money. Two things I wish upside would do. One is make more gas stations more available like "wawa," or "Sam's" club, and two is focus on more state and local restaurants in different states and cities such as "Florida" where i am from, this way you can use the upside in more specific places and areas in order to save more money.

Haven't had any issues aside from normal rebate app issues. You know, sometimes it can't credit you for whatever reason. It's usually my own fault for not updating my payment method. Nevertheless, getting rebates at all is better than no rebates. The app's GPS is good at figuring out where I am and sending me to qualifying places. Cash outs are quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
