Doesn't save money! The app claims to save you money, but from my experience, Uproad charges a 15% fee in addition to the toll. I now have registered my car with FasTrak and get essentially the same service directly from the government for FREE! Also, it was not clear that the app had to be on whenever you were going to drive over a toll bridge.

Things started off ok. Toll alerts came in when at the tolls. 3 weeks pass and my Uproad account still hadn't paid the tolls. So I contact them via chat (the only way to reach them). They Tell me I have to wait a few days. I Tell them AGAIN that it had been 3 weeks. They say they'll look into it. A couple days later they ask if I have iPass or EZpass for my state because that would pay the toll. Huh? Then what's the point of Uproad? The nightmare to cancel my account has only just begun.

I've had App for a few months. I keep getting charged excessive toll fees like the app doesn't work and toll company's think I'm just driving through without paying. I've messaged this App help department several times and no one seems to want to help me fix this problem. I'm very frustrated with this App!!

DO NOT install the app or attach a rental car to it. You will get toll charges long after you have removed the rental from your account and returned the car. If that is happening to you, call your credit card company and have your CC number changed. If I can give this app a zero rating, I would.

I have received a ticket for this vehicles account, had an on line chat conducted May 31th customer support. Because there where no changes in my loaded account of $50.00. I was told that the tolls where not real time, and I had to wait for the deduction. What's my next step, with this. Also, I never received the white little box for this vehicle.?

This sucks. Still have money in my account but NY sent me a bill. You call and can only talk to a computer. Now I got a bill with a $50. Fine attached. And I still have the money in my account... Just let them bill you and pay it as soon as you get it.
