My provider was extremely helpful, professional, succinct, and to the point, while making sure to asses all of my needs, and concerns, down to the level of detail that I need, for a calmer state of mind. I will absolutely be using this l again in the future. This is everything I've ever wanted in an urgent care experience. 10/10, and will be reccomending.

I can never get the video connection to work on this app, yet have no problems at all connecting to virtual visits on the MyUPMC app. I have no idea why this app never works. Providers never called me back after they cancel the call, so a waste of time.

An absolute Godsend. I live alone, no longer drive, and my trusted PCP's office is located out of town. Having the opportunity to have the medication delivered is a huge help also.
