Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Flick Launcher on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

its a good launcher only issue i have is , on miui rom while using dual apps functionality which create two icon for the app with the 2nd icon having orange tag . while using stock miui launcher we can launch any of the two copies of app by just clicking them directly .but on flick launcher when we click on 2nd icon the one with the orange tag we get error 'app isn't installed''. the work around for this is to click the original icon and from their we can choose which app to launch. fix it plz

Great idea, terrible execution. The English used in the app is not good and lots of missing features like reducing the hight of the dock.

Why are you not understanding what I am complaining about. I have made app lock for Facebook. When I touch/open facebook app it is asking for security check, but when I open notification then it is not asking for security check. This is one example only. There are many ways to open an app. In those all situations, it is not asking security check.

Good effort on the design, animation, and functionality (for a free launcher) when they worked. This launcher has a lot of things that aren't working.

good one. I like the app lock function much, but it only works in flick launcher itself, will make more sense if it applied systemwide, as an app locker, also from every other launcher/launchfunction, because otherwise one can just change the launcher to access my apps. some gestures especially wich interact with other apps don't apply. keepitup!🙂 edit: there was a message in a red badge, sayin 'something went wrong' after trying to signup. hope this helps, will send a log next time. thank you!

Was expecting a lot more, very basic and not much help within the launcher itself. Thought I was maybe missing something so I got the pro version. Added a custom keyword and a few gestures, very disappointed. Great screenshots of custom layouts but some kind of tutorial might help. I'll try looking more in-depth at the website but the only thing there seems to be a pitch for the launcher.
