The app used to be great, but recent "improvements" have made it far less easy to use. The weekly fare calendar has disappeared, making it difficult to optimize my travel booking. When traveling, you now get annoying count down to departure, which I can't seem to turn off. Very disappointing.

The app is ok. However after being checked in it sends a notification that I'm boarding in 8 hours 30 minutes. I swipe it away but one minute later I get another notification that I'm boarding in 8 hours 29 minutes. Yes I can turn off the notifications but then I'm worried that will disable important notifications also. So I had to leave the notification in place all day. Other issue is the seat map is too zoomed in, visually difficult to navigate. Running latest Android

One of the easiest airline apps for check-in - super user friendly when you're heading on a trip....gate info, times, boarding passes.... all right there in front of your eyes as soon as you open the app. I just wish getting the wifi on board was as simple. Never got that worked out. No idea why it's so difficult.

The app prompts me to sign up for a Mileage plus program and upon doing so I am then prompted to sign into the app with my account number and password. The issue is at no given time is there any field to set a password. An email was sent to verify my account with my new IDP number only which is another issue. The email then takes you to an account sign in field with both Mileage plus number and password login. THE ISSUE: THERE WAS NEVER A MOMENT TO SET A PASSWORD! Endless loop created. Fix it!

The app has gone rapidly downhill in recent releases. The app is crashing constantly and unpredictability... When viewing a seat map, booking a flight, just searching. The recent addition of forced notification you can't remove or turn off is intrusive. The UI is getting cluttered with additional options on the main page lower icon bar... Things like profile one would rarely need to use and was fine accessing where it was in the drop down menu. Know when to stop and fix the many new bugs

Used to be a great app, but recent changes have made it much less user friendly - the "ongoing notifications" touted as a feature are TERRIBLE. Who ever thought that was a good idea? And, in the tile that appears before an upcoming flight, there used to be a Trip Details icon that has been replaced with Terminal Guide. Terminal Guide is glitch, takes forever to load, and you have to click on it and wait for it to load before clicking the Trip Details tab, or the app crashes.
