Since the new app was launched, I realised that the scan and win seems rigged. I had more than 10 tries and not once did I get any discount coupons. This is a far cry from the past where at least there was more than a 15 to 20 percent chance. You should not bother doing this if you are not prepared to let ur regular customers win anything.

V buggy app. Experiencing difficulty logging in, despite multiple attempts to reset password as subsequent logins don't recognise the newly reset passwords. User experience is lacking sorely. Went to store to get a Sumiko tee for my daughter. Was told it was out of stock for that size. I bought it online and arranged for "Click and Collect" at the same outlet, only to see it available in the outlet, while my online item has yet to be delivered to the store. Can be managed better.

It is very unfriendly after the app has been updated to the new interface. Having problems logging in and searching for products has been been easy, especially for the UT collection. Previously, you can select the category, but now, its all on 1 page.

The new version doesn't allow me to log in. Have to reset my password to login and I got logged out not log after logging in. Can't even log back in for the rest of day as the login page got stuck and can only attempt to log in again after a few days. But same problem, cannot log in.

I get the message "cannot find a product" whenever i try to login. Resetting the password let me get through once, but then the same error comes back at next login. Can't remember how many times i've already done so 😑 Am i the only one facing this issue?

Don't even remember how many times I have to keep logging in to account when ever I use the app. Even keying in the correct ID and Password for multiple times, still giving me error message. Totally not user friendly and app getting worse after the update.
