You made an application to buy online but apparently can't shop and check out on the application. You made me choose an outlet and line them with so many things to fill in the form. When the product that I want not in their stock, I have to choose another outlet and fill in the form again??? This is the worst experience using online application.

It is very difficult to shop from home with uniqlo....i have to take note all the details of product from the apps, and then input it into a google form, and chat LINE...and if the product is unavailable, I have to REPEAT all the procedures above....it makes me CRAZY, and the worse is we only can CHAT Hi, lanjut or batal...There is no personnal assistnace there...OMG....very2 worse....

I find it very unpleasant experience when I already made some purchased and then the account it self can't connected with my account. Number ID is different when you open the application with your own account. Why don't you just made an applications like any other applications? Because I experienced that I had a different number ID when I downloaded this application from my other smartphone. Damn, my points are gone!!!

A newly built apps so still need improvement here and there. So far only useful as digital membership with historical purchase. No added point whatsoever. Other features still rely heavily on their website. Still cannot cater online shopping even in half a year of pandemic. Such a shame.

Hi, it will be great if you can accept online shopping to all area instead of max 40km from the closest shop. It is a shame that i can not purchase uniqlo items because the xity i live in dows not have uniqlo shop
