I think it doesnt deserve a star! cz cannot use the apps at all!! Having same problem like other user as well and i see there's no response or action taken as well towards the complaints..the apps take long time to log in then keep on processing. Wasting my time! There's no points u build an apps but no one seems to manage it and no customers can use it to collect the points they got. Please fix it! Thank you!.

Wow I manage to cook lunch, do the dishes, wash and dry my cloth, finish a season of Netflix series and the App still load only 7% max. I'm using Samsung Galaxy 10+ and don't say my phone is too slow, either your server is made of wood or your developer didn't know how to do their job.

Very bad app experience. Developer does not take this job seriously, loading function is not working. Very disappointed with the point system. Most diapers company has very good point system. Guess you guys have to buck up and improve to meet the demand.

I give 5 stars because... Not long waiting to log in, only 2 seconds I can log in. Maybe there are problems logging in, because most of the apps or cellphones are having problems. My points didn't decrease at all. I hope this helps.

It doesn't work for last few months, not previous not updated version. Maybe its not supposed to work in Malaysia. In this case would be fair make it clear to users with some notification

Suddenly need update but always failed at 17%, never reach 20% & now can't open the apps. Because everytime open the apps, must update start all over again & stuck again
