To set a context, the phone NFC works fine. The Swift app is not working correctly. It does not read the card all the time and if it does, it flashes up details briefly with a check update button and then goes back to prompting me to place card against phone. What a useless waste of effort. Please provide an app that actually works. I suggest you implement a more robust and expansive test platform before releasing next version.

3rd time in a row, and 4th time overall, in a couple of years usage, that the app refuses to download purchased e-daysavercards. Each time it happened, customer services were able to resolve it, when finally got through to them, by pushing through the purchase again. However, when asked about the root cause and whether they can guarantee it won't happen again, they are unable to give an answer. Last time, they suggested to buy a new card, but the resolution was on the backend, not the card!

I never write reviews but this is literally the worst app ever. It doesn't even work when I try to open it, there's just a black screen. I've deleted and installed the app countless times and it still won't work. And when the app finally opens it doesn't read my card.. Now i'm forced to go the main office to validate my card because the stupid app won't do what it's supposed to do. If I could rate this app zero stars, I would.

So temperamental! I find myself spending at least an hour trying to update my bus pass each time I use it. The app either doesn't kick in at all or reads the card but fails to update. We really need more of the Swift card readers around if it continues to be this terrible as it's not convenient at all! Sick of uninstalling, reinstalling, turning things on and off and restarting my phone trying to get this app to work! Sort it out guys!

Not great. While I'm not experiencing issues of the same calibre as some of the other users of this app, it desperately needs some fine-tuning. The app doesn't recognise the card straight away and sometimes takes a few tries to even get my info to show up. I don't understand why they'd let this app go live without it being fully functional. Even when it's working, why does it not allow users to top up on it? Seems like a poorly conceived idea that's only been half-worked. Annoying is the word

In 2018, this app was as buggy as hell (freezing, crashing, etc,.) However, for 2019, it seems like a lot of the issues appear to have been sorted out. I can load the card online, and then download the credit to my phone without any issues. So, I'm giving this app a 'cautious' 3 stars. Last point. Who on earth came up with new logo? I'm guessing they wanted something that was simplistic or minimalist? The old logo was much better. It was more elegant and colourful.
