I wish you could highlight a word and have a medical dictionary pop up. Sorta like when you're reading a Kindle - you highlight any word, a definition will pop up, and if it can't readily identify it there's a button to web search it instead (which often provides better context too). That would be a great improvement to this app.

NOTHING!! PAYMENT OPTIONS ONLY to read material... Might be able to look some info I havent but deleted and i hated it
