Was attracted by the bundled package to Madame Tussauds (MT) & bought the package under the erroneous advice given by Changi Recommends' staff which would eventually spark a full day of agony throughout the trip. This agency doesn't know the wares that they are peddling & listed irrelevant T&C that doesn't seem to apply to the package. When pressed for an answer, they heavily relied on MT to advise, made commitments that eventually can't be fulfilled at a 2nd encounter. Uninstalling and bye.

Hard to navigate, cannot filter my search by country. Also the usage for the SingapoRediscover vouchers are limited, not many attractions, no tours, etc. Better to use the website instead of this app, so hard to see. Uninstalling immediately, less than half an hour use.

Keep saying new update but no updates

They take your order, and assigns a phantom driver immediately. Then the app will source drivers from grab and other providers app. Then inform on a change in carplate. You won't be able to see how long the car will take to reach or where it is.. After 5mins when they can't get a driver (meaning no sms to tell you on a change in carplate) and you cancel, you are charged $5 for cancelling. Which you need to call in to request a refund that will take days..simply ridiculous!!!!!!!
