Purchased City maps now it still wants me to pay for each map. Maybe they changed their earnings model again. But paying twice for the same app is incorrect.

Paid for pro, can't install on new phone. Ulmon email bounced back after attempting contact help

I like the options of what this app offers. Unfortunately the BIG downside is the memory drain it causes. for some reason once opened it constantly works in the background, increasing the heat of my phone and draining the battery. closing the app doesn't prevent this from happening. I have to go into the system and force stop to prevent it. really a shame because this could be a great app that I would use more often if it didn't kill my battery....

Absolutely useless now. This app really helped in 2016 when I was in Italy, but after updating it and travelling to Japan all it does is send me in the wrong direction and zap my battery. Locations are incorrect or don't exist, even the most noteworthy locations, and the amount of maps you can download are limited. I'm now using Google Maps. I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely horrible. Hangs when trying to open.I planned a 1-month trip to Europe and set up many hotels and when I got there it didn't open at all just hung up the phone. Support responded to uninstall/reinstall, but I lose info previously added. The problem may be related to installing a local sim. Be careful to back up before. I bumped up one star, but the app should not do this. 2nd edit: Sebastian in support has been very helpful in trying to help me recover my lost data. I will add another

Very useful! Used it in Tokyo, Berlin, Rome, Florence, Venice and will use it shortly in Paris. Love the offline feature, it's super simple to plan and navigate. Well worth the money. Indespensible in Paris, especially during 2019/20 metro strikes. Very responsive and helpful customer service. Helped me with setting up App when I changed from ios to android without having to pay again. Highly recommended!
