I would give this app Zero stars if I could. The main feature of the app is supposed to be being able to check in and check out quickly. Except it doesn't work. It's impossible to upload photos to verify your check out. And if anything goes wrong, they tell you to go inside for assistance... Which isn't helpful at all outside of opening hours...

My partner and I are currently returning the uhaul and the app hasn't been much helpful. After taking multiple pictures of the odometer and mileage, the app would not let me proceed to the next step. There are problems with the initial online pickup process as well that resulted in us just doing the process in person . Please do not use this app and just rent a uhaul in person with employees' assistance. They have good service!

Simply terrible. Laggy and photo upload doesnt work, at least on my phone (google pixel). No matter how many times I tried to take a picture of myself to go past first step in pickup it didnt work. Same happened for drop off, had to use my friends phone instead (iphone). On iOS its incredibly difficult to find your order! Trust me im tech savvy but it took me 10 minutes to find the order.

Poor experience for me. Made a reservation on the app. It did not go through and had to phone in to reserve day before my move. Ended up driving 1.5 hours out of my way to get the trailer I needed. When returning the trailer after hours the app froze and would not allow me to upload the photos it was asking for. Used the app to chat. Person was no help except to suggest I use the main website! Uninstalled and won't bother using this app again.

Pretty much useless app, not too keen on sending a picture of my license into the web abyss. Many bugs, way too many steps - requires you to burn up your data. Had to have a proper human help me out in the end.

Don't use this garbage app. uhaul support is good, they had me simply use the web site instead of the stupid app. Check in from the web site worked perfectly. Wasted 45 mins in front of a truck with the app getting stuck at the photo step. Just use the website directly and forget about this app. Should be removed from the Play Store.
