I had used a much earlier incarnation of the app from a few years ago and it worked beautifully. Whatever they did to make it supposedly better they made it awful and rendered it pretty well useless. For one when I went to pick up the van using the mobile app it wouldn't recognize location at all. And yes I have double-checked to make sure that permissions were enabled for location. Ended up going to the front desk after all where customer service had to do it manually.

Technical difficulties with app. I was able to open the app a few weeks ago, but today it wouldn't load the app, I had to log in through Chrome to make a payment. As for your drop off reservation, that has never worked. It would allow me to take photos of certain parts of the truck and when I get to the final photo to take it wouldn't accept the photos and ask me to retake the previous photos all over again, never finishing the app return reservation form. This app does not service it's purpose.

The app works great, easy to see, manage, and pay for my storage units. Also provides code for me when I forget my swipe card. The reason I am ranking it so low is that "Enroll in auto-pay" is checked by default when I pay. So if I forget to un-check it I have to go through the hassle of taking all my units off auto-pay. Annoying! Take it off the default setting!

Technical difficulties! App works, but not well. Loading times are through the roof, and the app crashes consistently. I would rather take the time to do in person business than deal with this. I would give it 1 star, but it really does have potential. I also can't view previous transactions or receipts.

I'd give this app a 5 star if the return process performance wasn't so poor. Takes 5 minutes for the location to be found and up to 10 minutes, with full 5G bars for it to get past the picture section of the return. You're better off using a mobile browser. Layout is same as the app but doesn't take 20 minutes to finish the return.

Loading.. ? There is no possible way anybody tested this app before publishing it. Blank screens around every corner. No option to go back to the previous page. Just have to close the app and hope you get somewhere the next time. The bottom tab to go home dissappears. Picking up and dropping off a vehicle is a lengthy process of dealing with technical issues with this app. No information about my truck return would show up, so cant verify gas. They end up telling me just leave it. Atrocious. 0
