No need to call, simply download uBook app, create your profile, tap the details of your pickup location etc. and your booking is confirmed. All bookings are processed through Rainbow City Taxis booking and dispatch system which is the most advanced technology of its kind.

For added security all drivers are licensed by Aberdeen City Council which ensures all drivers have passed the Aberdeen street knowledge test, are Police checked and are Disclosure Scotland PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) vetted by Rainbow City Taxis. Every vehicle is licensed and inspected by Aberdeen City Council Taxi Inspection Centre.
