I dont know about the IOS version but the android's one is really bad, I keep getting msg that there is no connection even tho there was and I openned a discussion with a doctor and waited for like 10 to 15m with no response but when I disconnect and reconnect to the wi-fi I realized that he have sent me 3 msg and did not show, I got a notification about the discussion got close even tho I did not get a live appdate on that, so I had to reconnect until I saw the msges...

It is easy to enter the date. Just touch the year in the top green field. Eg. 2020. If the language you selected is English the year 2020 with the current day and date will appear on the top left corner in the green field. If it is Arabic it will be on the right top corner. Then the drop down menu of all the years will be appeared. And you can select your year of birth. 'The health of individuals is a citizen first public health inquiries from the Ministry of Health' why it is so.

I can't get a consultation because the app keep asking to give permission to location, i gave the permission but still the same message keep repeating. The way it allows you to select the date of birth is very bad.

Wonderful application, just consulted with a doctor. Though the app shows it may take 10 minutes to get a doctor online, I got the doctor within 5 minutes from login. Amazing App, thanks to MOH.
