So wait, this worked just fine to update my Signals using the main app in the past (y'know, like every other device-connected app I've ever used) but now I have to download this additional app to my phone to do the update AND I have to "disconnect from all other devices" in order for it to work? C'mon.

I can't help but wonder if they hired a 10 year old kid to design this software. It doesn't work even some of the time, tried three different devices and can't get things to work correctly. Won't update, deletes all settings after entering them, beeps for no reason ...junk

Signals keeps crashing along with the device do not buy this smoke or signals devices. They suck. so after I reply with my one star I get a response. That they've updated that App. Of course no one bothers to tell you that. They still suck buy someone else. I like thermo works products but this app is really not up to par.

World's best thermometers to meet the world's worst software. I started this firmware flash because the temperatures weren't updating in the ThermoWorks app. No notification that I was already on the latest software. Flash fails because this app can't keep the screen on. Had to reset my device a few times. Disconnect/reconnect Bluetooth. Now it needs firmware. Post firmware flash, back to the other software. Temperatures are still at old values pre-flash.

Doesn't check for current version. App always downloads and applies the firmware, even when the Sugnal already has that version. It should check the version on the device and the server and let you know they match and stop. Instead it try's to apply it again.

Can't connect with the device, just stays on the Device in firmware mode, and nowhere can I find a way to put my signals in firmware mode? What a useless app!
