Draining and unnecessarily complicated. Basically this is the same app as used across Mitchell and Butlers and has a problem where the offers don't tend to work (O'Neils seems to be gradually improving where it now accepts offer codes). This leaves you being directed to go to the bar which I would have thought defeats the object of Covid regulations and makes you have to leave your table. Come on developers, more work required please!

App used to work well, just crashes all the time now. Update May 2021. Still poor. Staff encouraging you to order on app at table but no facility to add your visit or get the 25p off. This is possibly the worst pub app around for functionality. I sincerely hope the developers are embarrassed!

This is just terrible. Get a 404 web page error when I try to make an order. Really couldn't be any worse. Luckily the bar staff were happy to let me use my card. 5* for the bar staff, minus 5* for the app.

The app is pointless, it does nothing a website can't do. It's basically an iframe app, poorly built, slow and better off as a website. :-(
