Not a fan of this at all. will not go to the press set settings and hold. will not go up and down at times so I need to log out and log in again. The good side is I can check on what going on at home. I figured there was a issue somewhere when the manager at Staples showed me his as a demo but he doesn't have Vtech cams. his are fairly new also. Staples doesn't carry what he has. He did not say anything negative about it but I was able to read between the lines. looks like I will return this.

The monitor it comes with has a very low volume that you can hardly hear when at 100%. The volume is fine when using my phone as a monitor but if I lock my phone at all I can't hear it. Also the battery doesn't last long at all (screen locked), I have to keep it charging all night now that my lo is sleeping 6 hours. I'm ready to just use the old battery opperated one that my mom held onto from the 80s. Please update the app so I have the option to still hear it while my phones locked.

There needs to be a delete and change email in case someone doesn't know their login info or wants to change it to their spouses or family's account. Other than that, it's good and has the ability to see and hear when someone pulls in.

The camera setup was easy and my cameras video loads very fast. I like that the video is stored in the camera. So far, no complaints.
