I'm having the same issue as Jennifer Gaytan. The app always has worked perfectly until yesterday (1/27/16). My internet is fine, the devices are plugged in. Thought it was an issue on my end until reading Jennifer's comment. Please fix this asap, this app is very useful..peace of mind at work while the pups are home

Was working fine and now it won't connect. My internet is great and it won't connect. Tried deleting camera and adding it back. Works on the computer but not app anymore. Very sad!!! It works at home while on the same wifi but not on different wifi or data. Not sure why. Want fixed.

Was working for for two years, the stopped working this week. States "connection failed". Works fine on my wife's phone and on the pc. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, etc. Nothing seems to work. Strange.

Listen everybody, It's not the App but probably some people's phone.The camera works fine when you can access it. The APR protocol, the process that allows the translation between IP addresses and Ethernet MAC addresses its not working correctly. Once it looses connection with the mother ship, the HooToo is lost in space. Maybe if you change the camera to a static IP address can fix this issue. The HooToo does not respond to APR request correctly.

This app doesn't work at all! I can't even navigate passed the main menu screen. I bought 4 HooToo cameras, and I can't even get the app working to view them! I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5, so it isn't because I have an ancient phone. Developer needs to update since Amazon is selling everyone these cameras!

Was working fine on my G note4 edge I upgraded to the note 8 and it just keeps telling me connection failed. Won't do anything else. Please fix this issue, apparently I'm not the only one having this problem.
