Frequently wont connect, the tablet that comes with this is always turning itself off or pauses with a loading circle for ages. Not reliable enough. If it worked all the time and didn't take 5 minutes to start up everytime you switched it on, this could be a brilliant app/camera system. Very disappointing.

Works good on Wi-Fi, difficult to move camera angle just by swiping the screen. When using mobile data app crashes alot. Almost impossible to use on data. Cannot add new camera using app. Has to be on the baby monitor screen first.

Very tedious to use. Each and EVERY time you open this app, you have to enter your registered username and password before you can connect to the baby monitor. This is so cumbersome, slow and tedious. Why not allow a PIN after registration? With respect it's not up to the vendor to decide what security I want on my baby monitor. Have requested this change months ago - nothing done. In fact the app hasn't been updated since August 2018. Looks like vendor might have abandoned this model, and us!

as an app that comes with a 300 dollar camera this is terrible. Having to log in every time you launch the app is the worst idea I've ever seen. the clunkiness and lag of the image and sound is crazy, how can we be able to do multi user calls and videochat and this cant stream from a fixed position off wifi at less than 1 frame per second. and yes, my wifi is fine, based on the fact my home hub sitting in the same room can stream youtube among other things with no issues. absolutely infuriating

This app and product is seriously inconsistent, most of the time the picture is black and you can't see baby at all. You also shouldn't have to sign in everytime you want to use it, this is made worse by the picture always dropping out and so you have to restart the app in hopes it'll work again.

Refuses to open on my tablet. Will download and install, but is completely unusable. Any help would be appreciated.
