This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Tufts Health Plan on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Awful. Login and it just keeps loading but never does. Better to go to their web page!! Useless app

First I get an email that says "Well that was embarrassing! Here's the actual address to log in and register" I had never tried to register in the first place. I gave it a shot. That didn't work, so I tried the app and after going through several steps get "Error, please try again after sometime" I am now officially concerned if I ever have to use my insurance. "Embarrassing" is correct Tufts.

Have uninstall and reinstall EVERY time I want use it on my Android phone. So frustrating!!

It would be nice to have an app open normally after you download it. Ive tried to open this app multiple times and even restarted my phone, yet the app still doesnt work and gives me an error that it stopped working. Save yourself the trouble and dont download the app.

Can't even give the app a real review because I've never been able to get the app to load. It opens with a blue screen that says "Tufts Health Plan" then almost immediately closes. Don't waste your time downloading this app, it's a waste of space.

This is a terrible app. When first installed, it works fine but only the first time. After that, the login screen takes forever and then the loading screen never ends. Junk. Don't waste your time.

Welcome to the Tufts Health Plan member mobile app for Commercial and Senior Plan members.
Once you complete the initial registration on your phone, this app will allow you to perform the following functions:
1. View Claims: including claims summary information, individual claim detail and your cost-share, if applicable.

2. View Plan Limits and Accumulations: including your plan’s specific benefit plan limits, such as deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and visit limits.

3. View Cost and Benefits: including your plan’s specific benefits and detailed benefit types, such as routine medical services (e.g. immunizations or primary care), pharmacy or DME (durable medical equipment).

4. View Referrals: if your plan requires referrals, you can view them along with any limits.

5. ID Card: View, email or fax your ID card.

6. Provider Search: Quickly find network providers that participate with your plan

7. Treatment Cost Estimator: Get out-of-pocket cost estimates for procedures based on your health benefits and claims.
