The Skinny Kitchen is an all day and night dining concept serving fresh, healthy food and drinks in a vibrant and lively atmosphere. A truly special place for all occasions and the perfect backdrop for socialising - from your morning coffee, business meetings and sophisticated lunches to high-energy live entertainment dining and porn star martini-fuelled brunches. The Skinny Kitchen is for those who want an innovative and sophisticated space to eat, drink and be merry from morning until night.

'Blow your mind, replenish your soul’


Background
Regular visitors to the island, co-Founders, Lois and Joel realised that Ibiza was missing something - a stylish, healthy eatery. And so, in 2014, fuelled by passion and the desire to bring something totally unique and authentic to the food industry, they set about opening Ibiza’s first healthy food hangout. They decorated an old Spanish cafe in a backstreet of San Antonio’s West End and soon after the word of 'The Skinny Kitchen ' spread fast, it was clear pretty quickly that they had hit a gap in the market.

Lois created the menu and worked in the kitchen while Joel made the smoothies and managed the front of house. In 2015, after making a splash on the Ibiza scene, they formed a partnership with the team behind Ibiza’s most renowned beach club, O Beach and moved to a sea view location on the marina.

Fast forward to 2018 and the founders opened a stunning 3,000 sq ft showcase restaurant in the heart of Angel, Islington, London.


What you can expect
Nutritious and honest food, made from scratch daily in our kitchens using the best quality ingredients and with your body and health in mind. We provide a choice for all from light and healthy options to wholesome and substantial bowls. The menu has a huge selection for vegans and vegetarians and, so you know exactly what you are putting into your body, we include macronutrients on all our dishes.

We don't just offer healthy food, we are doing something that has never been done before, healthy food with immersive experiences and high energy entertainment. After all we were born in Ibiza and believe life is about balance.

On weekends we bring a taste of Ibiza to central London with our iconic ‘Fabulous’ brunch parties that have quickly become one of London’s hottest bottomless brunch spots. Live high energy entertainment, DJ’s, good vibes, fresh food and unlimited prosecco, dancing is fully encouraged.

Expect overwhelming pink decor, velvet seats, neon signs and plants galore. Whether you’re popping in for a relaxed breakfast or a wild brunch, there’s no doubt you’re leaving with upwards of twenty gram-able shots!

The Skinny Kitchen is the hotspot for celebrities, such as Nicole Sherzinger, Neyo, Ella Eyre, Example and Rudimental. Along with holding events for famous brand like JD sports, Jo malone and Iconic.
