About this app

Useful, simple and fast drivers App. Delivery boys can see the incoming orders to accept/reject and manage their orders effectively.

How it works?
When a user orders from Dan-bro app, delivery boys will be notified on the delivery app and they can either accept or reject the orders basis their availability.
All the delivery boys will be notified simultaneously who are mapped to a store for which an order is placed. Based on fastest finger first, it is assigned to the one who have accepted it first on the app.
Once accepted, delivery boys can see the order details by tapping on the order. They have an option to click on "Pick up ‘button once delivery boy reached the store.
Once picked up, delivery boy will land on the map view and they can open the google map to reach to the destination. Once the order is delivered, delivery boy can mark the order as "order delivered".
In case if they are not able to deliver the order due to any unforeseen reason, they have an option to mark the order as "order not delivered" and it is mandate for them to provide the reason of not delivering the order.
Also they can inform the call center about the orders that cannot be delivered so that it can be coordinated with the end customers.

At all the stages, end customers will be notified through message and email such as order assigned, order picked up, order on the way and order delivered and delay.
