This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TSF Shell 3D Theme Van Gogh on PC Windows and Mac.

This app displays a message that I do not have the TSF Shell Launcher installed and I can't do anything beyond this message with gray background with orange font. Please advise.

Starry, Starry, Starry, Starry, Starry! Five Starrs for this absolutely stunning theme. I love it! Only suggestion would be to make the icons searchable by app/type and even slightly editable would be fantastic. Thank the makers!
