The service and concept is pretty awesome but I recommend sticking to the desktop if you can. This app is horriblly designed and very glitchy. 90% of the time I can't read the messages because it's just a blank screen or a weird light gray (almost unreadable) text that won't scroll. It crashes constantly. Toggling between applications and messages is not intuitive and causes it to freeze or crash. I had to use other apps to communicate when the sitter is here.

In the last 2 years this app has wildly improved, so greatful. Especially the speed. The one thing I wished it had today is the capability of seeing who your sitting for. If you could click the picture bubble icon and it enhances for you to see atleast their profile picture would be greatly appreciated for so many. House owners get to see our whole profile with all the photos that come with it in real size least we could do is have a somwhat enhanced version of there profile picture.

Great service, horrifically bad app, and their tech support is condescending and utterly useless. No matter what you send them they'll tell you there is no issue. Touching anything in app to interact with it does nothing for minutes at a time and generally crashes so you have to restart the app in between every action. You can't even back out of it, you have to swipe-close it. Inbox: just keeps highlighting text & the button frames get stuck and float over the text. Please fix this!

The service is awesome. We have used it a couple times and had great results. The app is okay, but heading to a PC is still a must for setting up a home with info. Once a sit is confirmed the app is fine for messaging and minute details, but isn't overly intuitive to see when a sit is confirmed.

I've been using this app for several months very smoothly. There were a couple of annoyances, but the update that just got came up is awful. They've taken away the date search, which is vital. The app will only let you go back using the backbutton in the app, not from the phone. When you open a profile and back out, it sticks on a white page. I'm really frustrated with this downgrade.

Love the platform and been using it for over 2 years, however, the app crashes a lot, and the most disappointing part that they changed it to only have 5 applicants per house and then the listing disappears, which doesn't make any sense, especially considering time difference when trying to apply abroad. So you really need to be on top of it all day. For long term stays, there is no filter between 1-6 months, and messaging system is very slow, and sometimes crashes the app as well.
