Basic app that does its job. The major deficit is the lack of feedback, i.e. no indications as to the current state of switches. As a result, once routines and rules are set up, I use the Alexa app to do the switching since it does show status. A further deficit with the Trust environment as a whole is the lack of any web based control except via a 3rd party, e.g. Alexa. Olisto is supported rather than IFTTT. Olisto is much more limited.

Works somewhat unreliably: connecting devices never succeeds at the first try, push notifications may come or not (at least if there are two mobile devices logged in the same account), Trust door sensor did not work at all (hardware problem) and the app does not notify users about changes in sensor status. Since Trust Smart Home is also marketed as a security solution, the shortcomings are unacceptable: if your smoke sensor is being triggered, you may or may not get notified. How secure is that?

The app constantly shows an icon of cloud and says that my control station cannot be found on the network. It connects and disconnects on its own and it's really annoying because most of the time when I want to change the color or turn on or off my lamps it's not working. Z1

Some of the stuff is really good, but over priced. Lack of updates improvements and feedback to reviews make a face less company that is shy, rude, doesn't care or is closing its doors.

Works well except that quite often around 3AM CET it does not work at all because of login issues

slow and very high latency. I receive notifications from my doorbell like 5 min later. Way ro late. Going to replace everything Trust to something more reliable
