While the app works well once you're able to use it, I've unfortunately had an awful experience trying to log into my existing Tropical Smoothie account on the app. After updating the app about a month or so ago, the app logged me out and I have been unable to log back in. I put in my login credentials and click the green Login button and nothing happens. I've tried resetting my password as well, to no avail. It's put me off using the app entirely.

App is very streamlined! 👍 Frequently spits out my saved payment method... 👎 As a seasoned road warrior (constantly traveling for work), ease of use and consistency of an app is very important. This app does everything very well, but every 3rd-4th time I go to check out, I find that I need to manually re-enter my credit card. Also, a wider variety of payment options would be great! (Google pay, PayPal, etc.)

With my last purchase using the app., I could not redeem my accumulated rewards points. Even after multiple attempts, I had enough points and had the applicable item in the cart 🙄 the app. would not honor the transaction!! Never had an issue redeeming points in the past!! Have reached out to Trop. Smoothie developers with screenshot in hopes of this kink getting straightened out!!

I love the restaurant, but the app REFUSES to let me deliver. I can deliver just fine through doordash and grubhub on the same restaurant, but the tropical smoothie rewards app refuses to let me deliver. When I select my address (and I've entered it two ways in the app) it refuses me on the checkout screen because there are "no drivers available", which is nonsense since the other delivery apps find someone without issue!

U should give customers the option 2 not have sugar added 2 a smoothie. I've used the app twice since U removed Triple Berry Oat. Once for a smoothie the app didn't even tell me had sugar in it. I didn't learn till I arrived at the store. This, & very high prices, food poisoning I got from one of your stores (from a smoothie, not food), encountering concerning people working in your stores and a lack of consistency from one store to the next has caused me to look 4 other options.

everything is great except for the location search. I shouldn't have to turn on my GPS if I want to choose from my favorite location or search by zip. and saying no thanks just brings the message up again before I can even click on anything else. please change this as it is very very annoying.
