Using BlueStacks

Chất lượng dịch vụ kém, complant trả thưởng cho ĐL mãi không thấy hỗ trợ, đặt vé mà hết vé xong phải đợi 10 ngày mới hoàn tiền...

Hiện tại, tại thời điểm 21:00 ngày 4/12/2019, chức năng thanh toán qua thẻ tín dụng k hoạt động. Tiền trừ đi nhưng vé không được thanh toán. Đề nghị team fix gấp vấn đề này. Lỗi: đi được đến bước nhập OTP, nhưng nhập xong thì ra trang báo lỗi.

Cần phát triển hoàn thiện hơn. App dễ crash và thiếu chức năng về notification khi nói chuyện zendesk. Hỗ trợ viên trả lời nhưng app không báo notification cũng như mỗi lần đang hỗ trợ mà thoát ra ngoài lại phải điền message từ đầu rất mất thời gian và khó follow.
