Is the fare data base accurate? From lrt legarda to shaw centermall shows a ride on jeepney that cost 10.50, but the drivers are asking 12-14.

About this app

Trip Barker is a community-based Trip Planner for Mass Transit Systems in the Philippines. Users can report and share weather, traffic, and events in real-time with other users. Available for Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao City!

Trip Barker won the Philippine Transit App Challenge in 2013 and was nominated for the Mobile App Awards 2014 in Barcelona, Spain. It is a partner transit app of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC).

The app is currently on Live Beta. Please report any issues, bugs, or feature requests to info@tripbarker.com.

Trip/Transit Planning for Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao. – Just type in your origin and destination and Trip Barker will recommend one or more routes for you to get to your destination using Mass Transit and Public Utility Vehicles.

Traffic Reports - Once you have a transit route plotted, Trip Barker will provide you real-time traffic reports to let you know of how much traffic there is along your planned route. Moderate to Heavy traffic areas will automatically appear on the map, while clicking the “Incidents” and “Traffic” tabs will list down a summary of traffic-related events along your route.

Points of Interest – Search for establishments or points of interest along your route. For example clicking on “restaurants” will display restaurants that you will be passing by during your commute.

Weather Updates - Check out the current weather conditions along your route and avoid potentially flooded streets.

Incident Reporting - Report traffic, floods, accidents or other incidents and help the rest of the Trip Barker community. You can also post events and new points of interest.
