It is difficult, if not impossible to schedule efficient travel on this app. Especially if you need to travel on a mulit-leg trip. Then it gets worse. If anything goes wrong on your trip there is no support. Then it gets even worse when you need to deal with their expense reporting. I have open tickets that they cannot resolve after having contacted them multiple times. A charge was made to my expense card and then reversed. Their system and their customer service bots cannot deal with this.

I understand wanting to add features, but for the love of God please stop with constantly updating the app - when traveling with sub-par signal strength, it's beyond frustrating that every 2nd or 3rd time the app is open, it says "Hooray, there's a new version available, time for an update! Oh btw, even though you just updated this version a few days ago, it no longer works! Isn't that neato!?"

As a busy working professional with last minute work changes, this app is the worst experience. Random error messages pop up and cause unnecessary expenses. I was attempting to cancel a booking and the app kept saying please try again later. After several days, I was able to cancel but only after the refund window closed. My company uses Navan for business trips but if it were up to me, I wouldn't use it. Customer service blamed me instead of owning their app issues.

The app is great to see your flight but any changes and it will freeze on you. In addition booking flights is a bad experience and the app does a medicore job of connecting your airline and the trip. I use it because I have to but I'm going to try my best to convince my company to move providers. This is more hassle than it's worth. It's significantly less of an experience than going direct. Which negates it's worth. Hard pass.

its okay. Tripactions is made for people who don't travel often for work. Also for people who work in an office setting. As someone who does service work and constantly traveling to industrial areas, I need to use my mobile cell. The app has no good way to filter the results. Also rentals only get you half way. tThere's no comparison for insured rentals.

App worked when I first installed it to book for a business trip, went to go back and review my trip details and the app freezes on the load screen. Clearing app data and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Website works on my laptop. Booking flights on the app was a pain, I started selecting flights, got called away for a couple minutes and came back to find I was logged out. Logged back in, and had to hunt through the search results to find what had been the top recommended flight.
