The old app was better. This app doesnt always load and i use it to pick up my daughter from the bus and i cannot always rely on it. I have had a trax for over two years. Thinking about seeing what else is out there after this one expires. Sad because i really liked the old app and have told so many people great things about it. I have also messaged as the speed is in km and no one responded.

I love this device. In if you live in NA the 3g version is a must the 2g one does not cut it. But it works amazing it will get me about 10 hours or 5min interval on a single charge and will go to standby mode if it's not moving and last days. It gives me such a piece of mind, clipping it on my toddler knowing god forbid I have a way to find her.

While this app has some functionality improvements over the prior version, its reliability is terrible. I'm constantly getting notifications hours after the event has happened. I'm also frequently unable to sign into the app or see my son's tracker at all. Unless this improves dramatically, once our subscription is up we will be finding a more reliable tracker.

Worst app I ever used, crashes alot, not reliable at all, not compatible with the trax play, doesn't give accurate locations, notifications are not correct Very unprofessional, they told us the app was changed, they stopped the old app before connecting the new one correctly to the old device, told us they know about the issues and are trying to fix them and offered a discount on the new device when we complained I bought a 2 yr plan for nothing! I dont trust them to believe the new g+ will work

Got an email that my account was migrated from Play to G+. App crashes before it properly loads. I just keep using the Play app. The old play app had sufficient bugs that were not solved over a one year period, so I am getting frustrated. One week of data left, maybe I will not renew and take my losses 😢.

Finally got it working again with no help from trax by creating a new account, only to find it no longer has the proximity alert which is main reason I bought the device. Latest version also has other problems such as grey box covering top part of display after low battery notification which doesn't go away & covers the menu options, plus repeated low battery alerts even while it's charging! Very disappointed with the app and their customer care. Was great before forced upgrade from play to G+
