I've tried booking a seat multiple times at different hour - a complete waste of time, app is not reliable when you need it the most. It seems like peeps got access to view the bus info but booking a ticket is still a gamble. If someone is reading this and can help me booking a ticket will be of great help.

Don't book from this app..There is some glitch in their gender selection. It will always show Female regardless you select Male. Then at the moment of boarding, Bus conductor will deny you to board. I struggled midnight trying explaining conductor that it is bug in app. I request Punbus to correct it.

Needs to improve many things like if I cancel a ticket than what would be the status of it. In current app not be able to check weather refund if being done or not Pls improve it as soon as possible.

Worst app and customer service i have ever experienced. Unable to cancel the ticket from app and website even before time and when I emailed them about the issue they said they will not cancel the ticket. Completely fraudulent app and service.

calendar is not showing it's all days, unable to select the dates in APP. For example, one cannot select Monday and Sunday dates. Don't know why. please help

After last update, facing too many problems proceeding with payment options. Had to use travelyaari website to book the tickets. Kindly check and rectify the issue.
