Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing myTC on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

On my Android, it keeps telling me install a PDF viewer ... even though I already have one. Frustrating as it doesn't really serve a purpose without quick access to the travel docs. The rest of the app doesn't have much information.

Important documents cannot be viewed via the app. Seems to be a common issue. I tried to email them via the address listed here, but that email was rejected by their server, so you get poor feedback instead.

Great little app, but I've forgotten my password and I don't see any 'forgot password' button! I can only change the password if I remember the original, which I don't, please help!!

The app is awful. It crashes as soon as I try to open a trip so I cannot retrieve any documents or check itinerary

doesn't save your password. password reset is unreliable. TCs offer a good service but they are being let down by this junk app
