It took me 45 minutes and 4 password resets to create my account. We could not wait for this to complete so we checked out... then to find out I can't add points after the fact? This program is awful. I then went to submit this complaint on the app and got an error that feedback could"not be submitted at this time".

Password reset issues. Have requested a password reset via the app & website. No response. I've lost points going there & not being able to log in visits. Talked to staff who said I should contact corporate. Over a week later no response to my email request. Don't promote a rewards program if you can't support it.

What is this app for?! Other than an esoteric way to see your rewards points. You can't scan a receipt to gain points on purchases if you forgot to get rewards, like on other apps. The app literally just takes you to different parts of their website. Oddly, so does Google... Huh. Even then, ordering on the website is broken just as any other restaurant that uses aloha. It' sad, because they are only slightly better than places that are far more convenient to order from.

Points are never added to the rewards! I have been to our new QSL 4 times and still have 0 points! I love the restaurant and its employees but the app is terrible. I gave it 2 stars because the employees in Bensalem, Pa are awesome.. the app gets 0 stars.

Not really much you can do besides "sign up" for the account and look at the menu. No way to claim rewards or earn points. Frankly I don't know who or when you get rewards. The location didn't ask for anything either.

Terrible app everytime i have tried to log in and even set up for rewards it times out!! Servers even tried and said alot of problems with app
