I accidentally signed up for an account instead of signing in with my already existing account. This created a duplicate account that locked me out of being able to access my account with all my travel information at all. This app is extremely necessary for my travel, and this even being a possibility is extremely sloppy and unacceptable.

USELESS! Just like WS Trip Leader, Course Coordinator(s) which we didn't even have as promised & WorldStrides overall! App access NOT given, Leader claimed it does NOT exist! (DOES THIS REVIEW EXIST?) They strand you, because bus breaks down & then claim it's not their fault even though THEY chose & contracted with bus company! THEN, they insult you, crediting $50 (out of $1500 prepaid) as to compensate for the LOST 1 out of 3-day trip plus, were forced to pay for food for ALL-INCLUSIVE Trip!
