The registration process is fast however there are alot to explain, for example when i ordered the card i transfered LTC and they took the fee by exchanging LTC to EUR but the monthly card fee should be only in EUR, i tried to exchange LTC for EUR but there is minimum limit ! The IBAN can't be linked to Paypal, Plutus is way better

In a time where every single debit card is free, they want to charge you with 1.50 euro a month just to have the card. They must be kidding. I'm contacting the support now to close my account and delete my information.

Very bad service, I six month contacting trastra service about change my adress , stil unchanged my adress , 40 time I emailed to service about change my adress , not working on this, I vote 0 star

the app is pretty good and easy to use. Occasionally it crashes, but overall is good to use. I had a few technical issues with it but they were sorted out. The customer service is awesome, they do live, emails, they take about an hour or so to respond. 5 star rating

This is one great app. Load times are lightning-fast. No error messages. Things are blazing fast! But they do have some issues to fix and after the developer response and it's working. IBAN outweighs anything - awesome feature, very convenient. This app is 5 stars!

Near-perfect customer service, low fees, app always works while high volatility is going on. Very important! Always able to log in, reasonable order limits, one of the best crypto apps ive seen. Transfer fees are acceptable. 5 stars.
