Alongside the old app I have been trying the new NX app. The best indication seems to be the bus position map. If there is a bus shown, you can be sure it exists and will arrive! There is some time lag in the indicated position (this is inevitable due to the way data is collected and transmitted) meaning the bus may be as much as two stops ahead of the shown position. However, some buses are arriving before due time and that needs fixing. Would say more but would need mor than 500 chars!

This app is currently completely useless. The timings are completely off. Its live departure times are not accurate and just ensure that you will MISS YOUR BUS. This has been happening for months. please fix this asap!!!!

0 stars Absolutely useless bus real times are inaccurate, Buses say they are on route and don't show up! Better off just going to a bus stop and waiting for a bus to show up!! 💩

It's a pity one can't interact with the app anymore ie. I used to rename my stops in the Favourites in the old version. Now they are just road names that often confuses me -is as if I don't know instantly which one should I open!

While the app works well, the information it provides is near useless as it's a 50/50 gamble whether times given will bear any resemblance to when buses actually turn up

Useless App, When I need to find the time it comes up saying there are no stops yet when I don't need to check the time and go on there randomly the thing works fine, don't waste your time with this just check the timetable at the station or the website
