Foreign credit cards often don't work as well as other features in the app like changing your phone number. Customer service is basically non-existent. I contacted the Facebook page for help and their reply was as helpful as my math teacher in high school.

App does not allow you to remove a card once it has been added, which I think is a security flaw.

The app reports an undefined error on trying to buy tickets so I can't even use it. It's only possible to receive tickets bought by people who have had the app from before and can buy them normally. The routes that the app gives are weird and seem to give you a return route even though you don't ask for it. Does this app do what it's supposed to? No, not even the bare minimum, which is to enable me to buy tickets and use public transportation.

Everything seems to work fine except the subscription that sometimes doesn't renew. I mean, it charges you, then you get the money back to your account, then the story repeats and in the end you need to buy a new one. Maybe it's a glitch but it's annoying cause you lose your free month.. :/

easily the worst public transportation app, website, and experience ive ever encountered. either theyve decided to make the english version super sparse and confusing or its just a bad design all around. missed a bus that only departs from my station twice, once in the morning and once at 6:19 pm only to find somewhere deep on their website that sometimes it leaves at 6:05??! i finally understand why there are so many hitchhikers in iceland. 👎👎👎

Great app! It'd be helpful for tourists, though, if it was clearer that you need to get the 'Country' ticket when travelling from outside of Reykjavik (e.g. Keflavik to Reykjavik). Also, what's the point of activating the camera? I really didn't understand that.
