Had a kind of disappointment coz not as expected from the prices you pay. Maybe at its first launch or so on, the Solitaire Coach is the best choice if you want to travel in smooth & enjoyable trip by the bus. But we had such a dissatisfied trip from Singapore to Kul past few days. Many things to be repaired/change such as one of the main reason customer will be choosing the Solitaire is because the movie on the screen but the screen is not functioning as per said when you pay the high price. Second big reason is the attendant is so not-friendly on answering questions from customers, loud speaking among the crews, and these all is not giving us to rate this bus company the good one. Tq
