Very slow- lags all the time- kneeling with maps and freezing. Too much alerts without a reason. Leave the alerts to new bookings and don't alert if we don't want you to. Do not alerts on the background, e are byzy too. We have to turn the alert off on Android to stop your non stop alerts! You must STOP the unnecessary hpt pandessal alerts that has NO corresponding job!! Your alerts affects the speed of the app!! There's too many more!!

Please kindly put a booking alert sound while the drivers are tuned in to the app and add some auto refresh just like the push feature. Put a setting in place that while we're waiting for the booking to appear, the phone never shuts off the screen, because in my case, I have to change the screen off time for about 10 minutes just to stay on the app. Please don't get back the booking reminder tone that you just removed already, because it's annoying to use before. Thanks

would like to inform you that the new update you have made was very disappointing due to inconsistent booking notification. 1.transportify app prompting even there is no booking. 2. prompting even the booking is already taken many times and redundant. 3. making noise even no booking is available. 4. your network is laggy.
