Booking and unlock process work well, overall no issues. One big complaint is the way they handle the Kaution. It's more than 1.5 months now and I'm still waiting for it. In the app it says it's automatically returned, but you actually need to request it manually to start the process, which is ridiculous. Please improve that process, otherwise UX is good.

SCAM!! DON'T EVER BOOK HERE. When we got to the parking space where the car was supposed to be, it was nowhere to be found! They still charged us the rent tho. We tried calling them several times for days now and no one is picking up!

Achtung, liebe Kunden: Diese Firma hat mich mitten auf der Strecke blockiert, und ihr Online-System weist zahlreiche Fehler auf. Ich habe im Vergleich zu anderen Transportvermietern das Vierfache zu viel bezahlt. Meine Empfehlung: Haltet euch fern und warnt bitte auch eure Bekannten davor!
