No idea why it needs access to my files, but I keep having to uninstall/reinstall. It will work once, I will use another app and a popup will appear saying Rider has stopped. It did it just now. I wasn't using it. Please fix, as I need this service. It did not do this prior to the latest update (I was working from home so did not see it before now.)

I've already address a previous gripe that I had with the app. I was told by developers that it was on the company's part to address that, so I can't fully judge this app. Was using website version for a year, before I tried the app. App is way smoother and much easier to navigate. Plus more faster to open and track when your short on time.

This app sucks it never works. You can never find out when the bus is coming. I don't know if the drive is need to turn on something on the bus or not. But it never works it. This app is useless. Thank God it's free I would never pay for this app.

Great! Is my favorite bus app! Being able to actually see the bus move along it's route is the best thing. I show it off all the time. Sometimes playfully tell someone that I'm psychic and say the bus will turn so-so corner in one minute and then say NOW! and just like magic it appears. Great work yall!

Nice app. I like that you can see the buses live and it has so many routes. Also the alerts are great! And best part is no ads at all.

There are many times when my boost mobile phone cant pick up where bus is . It just says no prediction, and then a bus will come if u wait long timeslot of times there's no prediction and trans lock got 4 stars because of your help during coronavirus so I'm upgrading my ratings to 4 stars trans clock is good but a lot of times the communication is down ,that needs to be fixed but trans lock is a good positive thing ,keep working on making it better it helps our poor people's life and is a plus
