I just downloaded this app. It seems like it has both tube & rail maps on it & it says I can view them when I'm offline. Seems like what I was looking for. The only difference between this & my previous map app is that map was an overlay of both rail & tube networks on the same map. This app looks like it has more data (trams etc). So far so good.

I downloaded this for the overground map, but most of the stations are missing and it seems to only focus on the major routes

It's not updated and it doesn't include a national rail map and other
National Rail train services that runs in London.
