This is a great app, although there are occaisional glitches where it stops tracking part way through a walk, but not often. My biggest issue is that if I close the app when I get home it doesn't upload the map. I run the app minimised whilst walking, with access to my location, that is all. I don't need to have mobile data enabled and as long as I leave the app active for up to 30 mins after arriving home and reconnecting to my internet, then I have no problems. Deleting old walks is easy.

This was the best, but recent updates crippled many functions. Can't find the walk map anymore. Can't delete unwanted walks. Numerous other problems. I hope they fix these problems. I used to use it every day. :(

When I start the walk, it will only record the portion of the walk where I have an active screen on my phone. If I put my phone in my pocket, it stops recording even though the app is still showing as recording. A 3 mile walk recorded the correct time for the walk, but only covered 0.4 miles. Not very helpful when you need to put your phone away during a walk.

Doesn't track the distance anymore. I even uninstalled it and re-installed it today but still no distance recorded. I made sure this app has permission to access my location when in use also.

I always walk the same circle yet it is never the same distance and when I'm walking it measures in miles and then changes to kilometres which is fine but the value does not change 1 mile and 1 kilometer is not the same .

We've completed 3 walks now since getting tractive and 2 of them have not recorded properly, thought it might be the tracker but the tractive app has worked fine.
