You cannot plan ahead and put a location in another city to find restaurants around it. It's only letting me find restaurants in my own neighborhood. That's not what I'm looking for

I need to know what is around any given address, not my current location. "What's around me now" is fine as an option, but it doesn't allow me to plan. So 1 just reflects that it doesn't do what I need.
