Unreliable. When I first bought my camera (November 2018), this app was amazing. Now it is very frustrating to use. I try to use this as a baby monitor, as that is what the camera was purchased for. Most of the time the app either takes forever to load the camera or it just disconnects. Not good for a baby monitor at all. Also, the app asks if I want to keep watching, and cuts the audio while the popup is active. Why ask that question? If I didn't want to keep watching I would turn the app off.

i have nc200 since 2015. now its automatically updating the firmware to 2.1.8. why the motion detection settings does not work anymore?. please fix it . thank you.

So bad one day it's working ok next time just keeps going of line the up date has a lot to do with it I'm trying for the last hour trying to get back working just telling me can't find the camera it's a joke better things to be done don't waste your hard earned money

The app is bogus for configuring tapo c200 camera as the said camera option itself is not available. And hence which means that tapo c200 camera which is sold in india with the feature that you can view the camera from anywhere remotely, is not possible at all.

Received this Saturday its now Tuesday.. So far absolutely rubbish... I can see the camera in WiFi on phone but can the app find it hell no... Tried everything. Emailed tapo no response. One very unhappy customer.

I have tried to use this app on a different device and it doesn't work. They have changed the app since I initially used it when I first bought my camera. This new app doesn't have my camera listed. I cannot link my camera even though it is already set up. Not good at all!
