Seriously annoyed this stopped working and now it wants me to enter my VIN again. Then it tells me to call an 800# because the system doesn't recognize the VIN entered! Who has time for this? It's easy... if you offer a service then it should work. Plain and simple.

Same experience as Toyota remote connect. Every day i have to log back in and put in my Vin number and all the information again as if I didn't already do this. It is very glitchy and should be off the Play Store if it can not be maintained.

Crappy, useless app, don't bother with it. It keeps asking for my vin # and I put it in a freaking boatload of times and it makes me do it everytime because it doesn't remember it. Now it's still doing it and telling me I already added it. The app also crashes a lot when you try to update your personal info or try to do anything. I can't even look up if my car has any recalls because it keeps asking for me to add my vin # then tells me I already added it. App is totally useless, waste of time.

My vehicle history reports are all gone. I see i am not the only one having an issue. I called support they state there is no issue with the app or website. I was able to pull all monthly reports up on May 4, back since date purchased 9/2019. Now they are all gone. I am giving 2 stars. Just because there is an app.

Cannot log in. This app is garbage. Won't take my number. Won't send activation code via e-mail. Bye bye app. Felt good uninstalling it.

Every feature of this basic app I tried was completely non functional. Logging in, finding a dealer, seeing service history... Errors or freezing every time
